I know that you probably have already done this, but if not, contact your credit card company and let them know of your dispute with the vendor. They will investigate and make sure that you, the customer, gets the necessary action. Might take weeks or even 60 days to resolve, but the credit card company will get it done.
Remember to keep all of your documentation on the item and the return of the item.Bob
