joe from colorado springs.. Hi all
My name is Joe. I am 25 years old. I own a recycling business in colorado springs, co. I am kinda new to restoring and/ or building cars and trucks. I come across a ton of vehicles every day. It is good to be around ours that have the same addiction as myself.
* This is my 69 ford ltd. It own has 73,000 original miles. My baby. lol. This car was in ok shape when I got it. The front and rear bumpers were trashed. The paint was really bad and the interior was smoked out. (The lady who owned it before me smoked like crazy!) New bumpers, new paint, new exhaust and yes new rims and tires.Last edited by 56chevy joe; 02-15-2005 at 11:44 PM.

Hey Joe...Yep, that's me...I'm a regular pin-up babe... Whatever....
I was at Goodguys last year...I took my Corvair, since the Stude isn't ready yet...you might have seen my car...bright red, white top & interior, I was parked out in the grass, on the far end of the track (away from the entrance)...but with so many great cars there, it was hard to see everything....
I'm in Glenwood Springs...on the other side of the hill from you...do you go to Pueblo to the Street Rod Natls?

Hi Joe,
Cool cars, I'm going to put up a picture of my Nova soon. Hopefully I can do that later on today/this evening. Are those spinning wheels on the Ford? I might be prejudice but those spinning wheels are played out here in Tucson. There are even golf carts with those things...yuck! Nice truck by the way...

Pin up babe huh? lol yes we do go to the pueblo drags. Last time we were there we were racing a 03 dodge diesel. It was running around 14.5. Pretty fast 7300 pound vehicle. my truck will be done in a few weeks and can not wait to get it down to the drags. Stud truck love them. There is a guy here in the springs that has one and wants 1000 bucks for it. Complete, but needs to be restored completely. Very smooth truck. Are you ever here in the springs or pueblo?
DennyW thanks for being in the military you guys are great . Yes there are times exspecially here in the springs that drinking and dancing do not mix. lol. But drinking and flirting aways mix..
Sgtsteve no they are not spinners. I think they are dumb as well. just reg 20" hehe. What year nova? My next 2 projects are a 66 nova. Pure drag racer. Then a 78 cadillac hearse. I have always wanted to put a ?HUGE? motor in one and get in trouble. :PAll men die
