That's a pretty clean looking 58.
As far as going to electronic ignition, Petronix is about the easiest to do and most cost efficient. Their products are availabe from a number of catalog suppliers and many Auto Parts Stores.
On the exhaust manifold, I am afraid I can't help you there. sorry.Duane S
