the new build, check this out and send in the ideas
bought a 1936 chevy low top chevy truck during the 1934-36 come to find out the trucks came in a tall top and a low top so i'm think'n i might not have to chop this one. for the engine we're going to build a full custom frame out of a rig in order to hold a V10 Deutz diesel.....ya it's a biggun. we'll be putting a dually rear end on, and becuase they mesure 8 feet long we may have to widden the cab. though we havn't gotten the chance to mock every thing up yet so who knows what we'll end up running into after that. once i get the chance lay everything out i'll take a few pictures and post them asap. i've got the engine, the rear end, and i'm just waiting for the cab and grill to get up from TX.
well if anyone has any ideas or sugestions for me give a shout.
ie: the steering, how to register, air or hydro brakes,....etc......

i would assume the deutz v 10 is the air cooled one or am i wrong .
i actually looked at a a cat 3208 for a t bucket plant but decided it would be too heavy . i have always liked the 3208 cat. we had one of these untur boed in a 4 wd tractor on the farm. it would scream at 3200 rpm all day long and pull like hell.
