Hey everyone!!!
Whats up and greetings from southern Indiana. A few of you have already exchanged forum chatter with me due to my current vehicle issues... Anyway, I'm sure I'm a young pup here at the ripe old age of 25. I've got a '94 S-10 that i had hopes of turning into a show truck when I bought it over 5 years ago but I have slowly come to terms with defeat and it is now my daily driver (thanks to an ex girlfriend). Oh well, everything happens for a reason but someday I'll have the time and money to do something great like most of you have.
A little history, not much since I'm only 25. lol. I've been working on my own cars since I got my license. I paid cash for my first car, a crap brown Chevy Cavalier 4 banger. I was under that hood almost everyday fixing something. I couldn't afford to pay a dealer to look at it so I figured out the hard way how to work on cars. Since my dad left when I was 9, and didn't know crap about cars (he couldn't change his plugs on his Dodge Aries 4 banger), my grandfather tought me everything he could about cars and life in general and without him, I'm not sure where I would be now. I'm an insurance agent by trade so if any of you have questions about it, I'll try to help you out the best I can.
Ok, enough history, I look forward to chatting with everyone and maybe catching a few shows. Take it easy and keep those rods movin!
