Hi there!
Hi,
My name is Joshua Mjoness I am thirty and I got started in hot rods when I was twelve. My dad brought home a 1967 firebird for my brother and the sickness started, our family's next car was a 1956 olds super 88 holiday hardtop with a cutlass 350. We then built another 1967 firebird for my sister (single owner #'s matching, first one sold in Fargo N.D.) this was a complete resto. Then when I was fifteen we bought the rod I still have today, a 1946 Chevy truck. My father brother and I do a lot of specialty welding and chassis work for our friends and haven't worked on the current project we have for about three years. The car my brother owns is an all steel '29 ford super coupe that we are turning into a roadster. we have built a 327 four bolt and a 350 short shaft. We plan to do a vintage style rod complete with a very old Offenhauser 3 deuce intake we bought complete with polished Ford 260's. The front suspension is a heidt's striaght axle with a six inch drop and hairpins, the rear is a custom built triangulated four link with a Ford 9" (60:11) riding on Alden Coil overs. Can't wait to see her run! Hope I am able to help someone or at least offer encouragement.
waiting to hear from you,
Joshua Mjoness
