New Guy From Canada
hello, i am from Vancouver canada, I have been a hard core car guy for over 20 years and have built three nice rides in those years. My current project is a 1981 GMC Caballero Diablo. Car was a x-mas present 2 years ago from my wife and kids. I have gone completely through it and freshened most bolts and wiring, redone interior. The motor is a 331" stroker, heavily ported and polished heads, torker intake, 660 holley, hooker supercomps, dynomax hufflers with a 3" exhaust. Custom Colt Camshaft 270 magnum. Turbo 400 with a 3000ATI stall, Transgo shift kit. Weak link in the combo is the 7.5" rear with a 3:73 posi. Up front im running 205 60 14's and out back are 275-60 15's on 15 x 8 American racing wheels. Keeping a pretty good budget so far all the work on the entire car has been done only by me. Over the years I have gained lots of experience from hands on work and the advice and knowledge of oldschool hadrcore hotrodders. I look forward to passing on knowledge that I have learned and to gain knowledge from people on the site.
Past projects: 65 Acadian Canso, 74 ss nova 350 4 spd, 80 diplomat 2 dr. coupe 340 6 packold habits die hard
