My bad....
I realize that I may have been out of line by posting and not signing in.......I do apologize for that. Anyhow, as a late introduction, My name is Nate Looney. I just started my freshman year of college in San Angelo, Tx. I am looking to get back into drag racing (I know that it sounds funny for an 18 year old kid to want to get BACK into it, but I live a funny life, just look at my last name.)
My ride is a 1967 Camaro. I'm currently running a pretty stout 400 small block in it. It's been mini-tubbed to fit 31x13x15 goodyear eagles in the back linked to the 12 bolt with a limited slip diff. and 5.57:1 gears(car was built for 1/8 mile racing). I got the engine from my uncle who had it in a dragster after my grandfather and I threw a rod in the old engine Now my uncle has gone crazy and started hotrodding gocarts
Anyhow, I stumbled on this site a few days ago and I could tell that I can learn a lot from you "Geezers," so I hope you don't mind the fact that I might ask dumb questions due to the "blissful ignorance" a young kid might have.
I appreciate what you are doing here, especially the humorous spin that Streets puts on everything, so thanks for havin' me.Looney

Hey Nate, welcome. Yer Camero sounds like a nice jam jar, well done for not goin down the ricer route as so many 18 year olds do.
How much did Santa have to pay for his sleigh? Nothing! It's on the house! .
