My hobbies
I have been working on cars for over 50 years (I'm 61) My dad was a mechanic. I have built many cars for street strip ovals dirt ovals. I just love cars. I am curently building a pro-street 53 ford 2 dr wagon. I am also at the same time building a 57 chevy 2 dr wagon for my wife as she said she had to have one. Most of the car builds were frame off. Some people cringe at that but Ive done at least 8 and drove each one when done. Others must have liked them as I only have one left right now. Its a 71 C10 long bed fleetside. It has a 350 with about 400 hp. lots of fun to drive. My grandkids wonder why grandpa has to have a hot rod I simply say I ain't dead yet. I even had one of my cars featured in Super Chevy mag back in 91. I'm here because no one knows it all I plan on reading and learning. I may even speak up from time to time.
Thanks for having me.

Do you have to have pictures posted on the net to post them here?

Nope, don't have to be posted on the net. Just use the New Reply button at the bottom right, towards the bottom there is a place to put an attachment. Photos resized to around 450 X600 pixels seem to work best on CHR.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
