    65 mustang fastback/FE project

I'm new to this forum and look forward to hearing from FE "experts". My current project involves installation of an FE (currently a 410) in a full-framed, 65 mustang

I'm pretty much finished with the frame work. The front metal was removed, a Heidt's mustang II front end with tubular A-arms have been installed. The firewall moved back ~ 3 1/2 ". The original frame frame rails from the front core support to the firewall remain and have been tied into 2"x3" frame rails rearward. A shortened 9" with adjustable ladder-link has been installed which will turn the 29"x 12" Hoosiers (the largest tire allowable without altering the stock wheel opening). A flaming river tilt column replaces the stock steering box. And the build continues....

Sounds like a really cool project. The 410 will make a nice build for it. I love the look of the 65/66 fastbacks. Have you seen this car on eBay? Item # 4611977536 if I win lotto anytime soon this would be mine! Kinda relates to your project.....
