I just wanted to say hello and that this is a pretty cool place. Well i am 22 yrs old from southern california. I own a 1969 Chevy Nova. Her name is Betsy. She has a 350 v8 engine. She has a Kandy purple paint job. Well anything else u want to kow..hit me up

Well i am a gal. Yes i do have pictures. How do i get them on here? And how do i check my pm's? I dont know how to check them.

To check your PM, click on your ID on the home page list of current posts, or on your ID on the "Members" page. At the top left is a link to "User CP", click that, and you can access your PM's there.

As for attaching pictures to a thread post, at the bottom of the thread is a radio button for "New Reply", use that instead of the grey reply box at the very bottom of the thread. When you get to "New Reply" there is a grey message text box to enter your reply. A couple boxes down is the attachment link. Hit the "Browse" button and find your photo on your hard drive (or whereever you store them) and double click the file. It will be attached and uploaded with your post.

If you want to build a gallery, click the link in the upper left (Orange Hiboy roadster) of the home page or a thread page. Once there, you'll see the link to upload photos, just follow the directions.

Thanks for the help on Pm's and all. Ya i get alot of looks in my car when im out cruising. I did go to a car show on Monday nite in my area and when i got there, tons of guys came running to my car. I dont know if it was because of my car or because it was a girl driving the car. But i did win Best In Show that nite for my car. They said my paint job was amazing and that they havent really seen a Purple Nova before. I was flattered. But ya i'll try to put a picture up, of my baby! Its funny here in California, some of my hot rod guy friends get mad at me cause Im not your typical gal, i like to talk about cars,going to car shows, race the nova,work on the car and read car magazine. but they do say that im the perfect girlfriend cause i love that stuff! hehe

that IS a really nice lookin' car, smooth with flowing lines. The paint looks black in the photo, maybe my idea of kandy purple in different than others. it's nice to see a lady driving something that nice.(note: i hate ladies that drive big suv's and import "fast" cars )keep it fast and keep it movin'

YA IT LOOKS DARK. BUT ITS PURPLE. I HAVE TO RE-PAINT IT THOUGH CAUSE ALOT OF IDIOTS NOT APPERCAITE MY CAR AND DING IT ALOT! YA MY PARENTS WERENT HAPPY WHEN I BROUGHT THIS CAR HOME. THEY WANTED ME TO GET LIKE A HONDA CIVIC BUT I CHOOSE DIFFERENTLY. THEY SAY ITS TOO MUCH MUSCLE FOR ME. THATS WHY I BOUGHT IT! ITS ALL ME!SPECIALLY SINCE I LOVE TO RACE!
