Inline
Good to meet ya!! Got bro`s i ride with over in the Kitsap. "Combat Veterans International"
The 48 was on the frame when i got it. It is a straight forward install. And man does it ever ride and handle nice. Corners are a breeze. The 455 Olds is installed behind the cab, in the mid frame position. There is a lot of corrections i have to complete. The radator is up front and runs fans. Power sterring too. The guy spliced the hoses together in 3 places to reach. Not good!!!
Setting the cab on the later frame was simply done by building an inner or go between frame between the flat cab an the curved frame of the later frame.
My 455 is for sale, along with the rebuilt turbo 400 trans. I have begun to take the truck apart to rebuild it my way, and want to part with the Olds and go all Chev. If you send me you e-maill address i`ll send pix of the truck
Good to meet you, have a wonderfull day.
