Just got my computer on line and found the club.
My name is Rick and my older brother is OldF100Fordman. He told me about this site. I have a 76 Chevy Luv with a 400,built with a turbo 350, narrowed 12 bolt with 5.13 rear gears. And a 66 Ford Custom 6banger and auto. I am on Oxygen like Lt1S10 (mike) and am medical retired. This looks like a great site, but remember I am new to computers, so go easy on me.

Sounds like a neat truck. I think V8 minitrucks will be common hotrods in the future. Dodge even makes the parts to swap Hemis into the little Dakotas!
Years ago I did some paint and body on a V8 Luv. I'll see if I have any pictures.

Only pictures I could find were in the rough out stage. Flared fenders, (this was in the late '80s) Corvette tail lights, frenched license plate, rolled pan, and center exhaust opening.

Welcome Rick. When I bought my computer 3 years ago I was afraid to take it out of the box and hook it up. I'm still no wiz, but am starting to really enjoy all the things you can find on the internet............like this forum.

I think I found what was hurting your ET's. Did you notice the truck left two different burnout marks when launching?
