New member with a 46 Ford Super Deluxe Fordor

Hello all. Im new to this board, and somewhat new to the old rod world. Ive been building minitrucks, fullsize pickups, and hot rods (challengers, mustangs, vettes, camaros, Bel Airs) for over 10years. I own a heavily modified 99 Sonoma but just picked up a 46 Ford Super Deluxe that im going to be building. Im going to need alot of advice here, especially with the drivetrain. So i hope i can get some good advice here to start me off on what will probably be one hell of a journey.

The plans so far are airride, most likely an 8.8 rear, 302 Stang motor, C4 or C6 trans, flat black, pinstriping, whitewalls, etc etc. Im obviously not going the resto route and not exactly the rat rod route so im somewhere in between.

Welcome to CHR. I am sure you will learn a lot from this site. IMHO, it is one of the best sources for info and good people any place on the www.
Not your usual group of narrow minded, hot headed, conceded road demons found elsewhere.

Then again, I could be wrong and usually am.
