Old rodder new to this site
Hi im Jim from Coshocton, Ohio. Had many rods over the years and just getting back into it again. Currently working on a 1980 El Camino. Was going to restore it but after doing a tear down decided it wasnt a good candidate for full restoration!
So pulled it apart took it down to bare metal and re-painted it. I have a 350 ci small block in it,.bored .060, balanced big Mellings hyd camshaft stamped steel roller tip rockers,Wiand X-celerator manifold, edelbrock avs carb,2.02 heads w/stainless valves, headers, turbo 400/3000 stall converter.
just fired it for the first time and now getting it dialed in. Im looking forward to meeting some other gearheads like myself.
I own and operate a shop, do body and paint, engine swaps, welding and fabrication, classic car restoration and dabble in rods.
Thanks guys
Jim
