I ran into this board doing some research on this vehicle I bought...

    A 1957 Lincoln priemire 4 door

some video on you tube I found of one of the previous owners having some fun.

YouTube - Sunday drivin in tha Ol' Skool lincoln

anyway I thought I'd say my Aloha's here and intro myself.

hope everybody here has a great day.

    Mahalo and Aloha.

Welcome aboard. I love your Lincoln, very cool car.

I bet living in Texas is a whole lot cheaper than living in Hawaii.

    Plenty elegant ride, Kalani!

Make plans to drive it up to Texas Motor Speedway the next time the "Good Guys" bash is here and let us North Texas types take a look at it.

Oh, yeah, .... And welcome aboard!

Welcome to CHR. That is a very nice Lincoln, do you know if it had been restored or was it a nice preserved original? Have any pictures of the inside? It would be a comfortable car for the long trips for sure, maybe a little thirsty on the fuel but worth it.

It is way chealer living here in Texas then back at home unfortunetly, thats what made our decision to move here.
cost of lving is stupid high there! lol

the car is not redone in anyway outside or inside cept for the black inserts of the interoir door panels, the pink on the panels or original as well as the seats from what I understand.

Thanks for the additional pictures; you have a rolling piece of American history from the GOOD OLD DAYS. Congratulations on such a great find. The car looked good going down the highway, be careful and don’t start any forest fires. I could imagine how expensive it would be to live in Hawaii. I had a friend from Hawaii when I was in the Army back in the 60’s. He said if I ever come too Hawaii look him up and he would save me some money on seeing the sights. I’ll do you like people over here when they hear that you’re from a certain area. Did you ever hear of a person by the name of, I won’t give his first name for known reasons, Tachahashi I may have misspelled it but I will never forget the name? Enjoy the car,and this side of the pond.

Welcome to CHR, Kalani! Had to be tough giving up the Islands for the Mainland and Texas, even though a lot cheaper here then there. Great looking Lincoln, that's an excellent find.

Looks like I found a new word that means {Thanks} maybe from time to time you can give us some more of your words. I think it would be interesting, and Mahalo to you also Kalani, for being generous by showing your car and kindness to respond to our inquiry's.

I would love to go over one time but my wife is afraid of flying, she said if she went it would have to be a one way ticket. It’s a shame the people that were born there unless they have plenty of money cannot stay in their homeland. I’m sure I could find my old Army buddy if I ever got over there.
