Hey All. Here is a pic of one of my projects. Dad got this for me many years ago. I plan to use one of his nailheads in it. One Day!

Here my '69 I owned for a time. Found it down in Iowa and drover her home. She had 55,000 miles, deluxe interior and a "Q" in the VIN. Power steering, manual brakes, and manual top! She was a ball to drive. Very conservative looking. Went to Canada after I got married - 10 or so years ago.
Peace

Here is my '71 and my '70. The '71 had a Cleveland and FMX. It was a nice riding car. Went down to Wyoming. I have had the '70 since 1980. It is a Cleveland 4 barrel, 4 speed car. Shaker, AM/FM, Grabber Blue with White stripes. F/R Spoilers, 3.50 trac lock and fast! I rebuilt the engine at 160,000 and had a chevy guy do the machine work along with the rods onto new pistons. Well after about 5500 miles number two wrist pin let loose and went into the cylinder wall to water. Wiped out the new cam, oil pump, and bearings. We bored the cylinder out and sleeved it. It's now up to 225,000 with no problems. It's Just a Car!

I really like the 69 - 70 body styles. I purchased a 69 Mach 1, but I couldn't contain my need for speed and traded the car for a 69 Shelby GT500Fastback. Didn't keep that one either. Later bought a 69 Cuda Formula S Fastback and had it upgraded to a 426 Hemi, and then sold it a couple of years later. Guess I was a little fickle during those years. Had I been fortunate enough to have kept them, I could be retired now.Bob
