Hey there!
Let's see...I don't currently own a hot rod--yet! However, I do have a custom "ratbike" that I fixed up after an accident that I had on 9/11 (with a dummy that pulled an illegal turn in front of me). Used to have a very nice custom paintjob with marbelized scallops, but couldn't afford to match the paint, so I went with flat black. People always ask me what color I'm planning on painting it--I just figure they just don't understand.
I also have a fairly heavily modified Jeep Wrangler that I use for rockcrawling. Will be fabbing up a triangulated 4-link for the rear end--hopefully soon! Basically, my friends say that I have F-with-it-itis, because I can't leave anything stock. To me, it's a compliment! I have to express my individuality. I'm looking forward to chatting with you all!

Sooowee: I don't have any hot rods right now either, I have a few older cars that I am working on and you can always find more than enough people on this site that have the knowledge to help you with just about anything or any questions you might need answers to. People like Streets or Mr.Mustang or Bob can usually answer any question. That's who I go to if I need anything answered, I'm still learning myself....I better hurry up cuz I'm running out of time at 40 but, there's a great bunch of people on this site; have fun...and I hope you weren't hurt too bad when that guy messed up your bike.

Hey, thanks for the warm welcome! Yeah, you guys figured it out, I'm in Concord, Cal-ee-fo-nee-ah, as our great Governator pronounces it...
As for my username.....it's actually my license plate on my motorcycle. You see, I ride a hawg, and, well, it's a hog call.....get it? Yeah, o.k., I'm a big dork.
So, Justin94117, whatcha doing to your car out here in my neck of the woods? Are you building something cool, or just keeping something running? You drive out from the City to do that?

A friend of mine who lives offa Clayton Rd offered to keep my 54 plymouth at his place and in return I help him with whatever he needs. (sometimes shoveling his dogs crap outa the yard) I am rebuilding the suspension and drivetrain transplant. I take the BART out there an he gets to keep my beed blast cabinet, parts washer, and whatever else he dont own untill my car is done an I help him build his RPU and my brothers 36 PU that is also out there. He's a good fabricater and has built a lot of cool rods so he dont neccesarily NEED my help, but a second body is always handy and good to inspire each other to get off our rears and get to work. Always good to know some more NorCal'ersJustin RFFR

How are you doing? Welcome to the site! I just signed up the other day, so I'm a newbie too... You should start a new posting so that the other members can see that you're in here. They may miss your posting if it's hidden within this thread....Seems like a great bunch of people in this forum. Have fun in here!
