greetings from tasmania
great forum ,i,m a psycho tassie that loves putting turbo,s on anything that is parked long enough. but now i have a bbc for my boat its time for some sik n/a hp. if that doesnt excite me i,ll wack a turbo on that. you guys are so lucky having access to all the good bits at resonable prices, the clowns here in aussie want heaps for junk and the freight from usa is usually more than the parts are worth. its a no win situation unless someone knows a better way.any freight experts out there. cheers darin

Just a thought, Darin:
If you know any military types that come to the States to train? I know when I was in the Air Force we would routinely tote parts abroad to our friends in the UK. Might have been a bit on the side, but I never had a British Customs Inspector ask me if i had, "car parts." (They asked all the standard, "tobacco", "guns or ammo", etc - but never asked, "have you a carburetor in your bag?"
I know heads are a bit heavier, but a pair split between two bags is certainly doable..
Good Luck,
Glenn
