New member from East Tennessee
I found you guys on a Google search and thought my kind of rods might fit in better here. I've been out of the Hot Rod scene for about 15 years and was surprised to see how divided it has become, when I started there were just Hot Rods but now there's Street, Rat, Traditional, etc.
I just like cool cars no matter what you call them.
I have also built Harleys, Rock Crawlers, race cars and restored military vehicles over the years. I'll try and post up my latest project soon, a 1928 Buick 2 door sedan with a blown SBC.Tired Iron Military Vehicle Club

Pleased to meet you, GRB!
You're definitely in the right place with a great bunch of people.
Before I got so danged old and decrepit I spent a good amount of time in Kingsport. I worked for a company that built and/or rebuilt plate glass plants, and you folks sure have your share of those.
While I was there I got to go to a NASCAR race at Bristol. Well, I live almost in sight of the big Texas Motor Speedway, and that's okay, but if want to see SERIOUS racing, you just gotta go to Bristol!
I think you'll like it here.

GRB, welcome from another TN boy. I'm originally from Chattanooga, born there and spent the next 47 years in God's country before moving to Florida, plan on being back up there in a few more years. You will find some of the nicest, most knowledgeable people right here, always willing to help. I'm sure you will feel right at home.
