Welcome! Had some friends doing yupped up vegas in the 80's. They were hot little cars then. One of them was a turbo charged 283 V8 that was a real sleeper, until they punched it! Welcome again. Steve." "No matter where you go, there you are!" Steve.

Thanks for the welcome guy's. ya the vega's been fun, I had a couple back in the 80's too, but they where death trap's. this one's built abit better. it's a back half car that's mini tubbed, using all s-10 suspension stuff. this one stop's (LOL) for power it's running a 396 stroker small block with spray. I dont plan on racing it on the track, so i dont know what it runs, but it is very quick. I just wanted a street car, for the local cruise's, and a thrill now and then, and this works. Cant figure out how to post pic's yet, guess i'll have to get some kid to do it for me. untill then thanks again T

I remember doing a front end brake job on one. I believe they used plastic pins on the disc caliper? Nice to have something more substantial for the v8's.
