Hello
Hello everyone, im 22 , just a newb tryin to learn as much as i can about early chevrolet.
My pops was a car nut that had a few sweet rides, when he died in '95 mom had to sell them all, except for a 55 bel air that needs alot of work but runs strong.
I hope one day to fully restore it in memory of him.
So anyways sorry for the dumb questions in advance,

Welcome to the forum. One of our rules around here is that there are NO dumb questions..........if it were against our rules I would have been banned a long time ago.
Glad to see you have one car left of your Dads, and hope you bring it back to life and keep it forever. I know he will be right there in the garage with you every time you work on it and will share the passenger seat for that first ride.
We would be honored to help you get to that goal any way we can. Lots of super nice, experienced folks on here, and some of them even like Chevies.

Welcome Mercado to this awesome site and don't take tooo much notice of Don (Itoldyouso) as he has a foot in both beds. He has one of the sweetest '23 buckets in the world with 350 chevy and almost finished rebuilding his '27 Roadster with a other motor in it. He is also one of the most friendliness people on here and I'm being checky..
What Don forgot to mention also is we all love photos of your car and bits of and also , "there are no dumb questions" unless I am asking them..I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

Mercado,
Welcome, I was just a year older than you are now when I started my 34. I bought it from a guy in Palo Alto in 1966. I think you will find more help here than you can stand. Good luck on the project, your dad would be (is) proud.
Jack.
