    1/8th mile drag racing is like taking a shower with your close on. you get wet but not much else changes!!

    For the record, I don't like 1000 feet either.

    Times have changed. I lived there in the mid 80's. Cops would come out there & watch us race. County was dry. We had to drive to Brandon or take 80 to Jackson just to buy beer.
