another newbie from VT
I assume that we have other members here from the green mountain state even though we are one of the smaller states. Glad to be aboard. Now retired and working on all those projects that I never got to before. In between these, the wife and I do about 5 weeks of Rv'ing each year and have been in every state but two so far.
Live very close to Hemmings Motor News and attend their cruise ins during the warmer months. Great time and a good cross section of vehicles of all descriptions and surprisingly many from distant places.
Fool around with 348 and 409's along with some flat motors and now early Olds V8's.
At the moment I am trying to finish up my 64 post Belair while accumulating parts for my 31 A coupe build which will get the nostalgia look with the Olds, 4x2's and a Lasalle box. In between this I am building a 37 Chev coupe for a friend which has taken a little more time than I had estimated due to the usual unforseen "uhoh's".
Hey, it is great to be the newest kid on the block and look forward to participating on the forum.
Walt

Welcome aboard - and you are almost a neighbor to my part of Upstate NY. Haven't seen many (any?)Vermonters here, but if NSRA Burlington is any indication there have to be more then a couple that fool with rods.Dave W
I am now gone from this forum for now - finally have pulled the plug

Hi Walt,
Welcome aboard. Sounds like you have more than a couple pokers in the fire building all of these cars. I hope you have a heated garage. It's cold up here in New England.

Hey Walt,I had to do the Goggle Earth thing to find Bennington USA and man, what a lovely bit of paradise you live in. I would have to take a photo of my car exiting the old covered bridge,(sorry can't remember it's name but I think it was named after someone) that wasn't to far out of Bennington North.
Heck my bucket list of places I want to visit is growing everytime somebody new joins this Club.I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.
