my rides
This one i built 10 years ago. my son was just going to ask me for its use to take his girl to the prom a week before He was killed in an auto accident.I'd give 5 of these and build them to boot, for one more day just to set and talk to , and look at him

Welcome to CHR, Bob. You have some very nice rides. What about that yellow coupe in your avatar?? Second owner from new, or second owner since it was modified? Either way is super!Last edited by rspears; 02-21-2011 at 05:01 PM.

Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

I did this one 25 years ago. My other two boys say it is going to stay in the family. Unless i told them i need the money for the old folks home. This one i built 98% of, Ihad someone else rebuild the trans and i did the rest..ohh the tea,s seat, i painted it ,built it, and it is all plated underneath. Nice kar i just look at it now and then, and fall in love all over again. Its been off the street for 4 years. hope you like it see ya bob s

second owner from new!A man bought it for his daughter for a graduation present in 1932 up, and over,on the east side of michigan. She kept it a year and it was bought and taken across the mackanaw bridge in 33 or 34. I became the second i like to say, because the girl didn't want it.So it sat in a garage on a main highway that was close to the road. I managed to see the car inside,I worked 20 some years on this guy til he sold it to me.It was a 50s flathead with a lot of parts from a 50 merc. i chopped it myself, painted it myself built the engine, filled the roof. Its really a great kar has a lot of awards but now i wish i had painted it black.24 years ago.Last edited by bsa_bob; 03-05-2011 at 04:49 PM.
