Hello
Hey, just checking in here.
Some info about me...
I'm 17 years old and love every type of car except rice. Right now I'm going through my muscle car phase and would love to learn more about them. I am thinking about buying a muscle car this spring but I'm not too sure of the practicality since it would only be a summer car. Looking forward to meeting you guys though.

Great link. Thanks!
Any suggestions for for a muscle car for a 17 year old that could possibly spend up to $7000 (I need it running and with decent paint)?

Great big welcome to ya Lex!! 17 years old and lookin for a muscle car, ain't life grand!! Lex, the more looking and research you do the better you will come out on finding a car. Try to narrow your search to at least one or two brands. I am not from anywhere near your area, but plenty of guys on the forum are and I'm sure they can point you to some good sources.
Watch that Streets dude though. He would stand on the roof of a 100 point concours Hemi Cuda to look and see where the Street Rods were parked !!!! Tee Hee HeeYesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Learning must be difficult for those who already know it all!!!!

Thanks guys. Being 17 and into muscle cars isnt easy nowadays, at least around here. But I wouldnt mind any type of muscle car sitting in my garage whether its a Mustang or Challenger. I do have a few favorites in the 69 GTO and 69 Chevelle SS but those are kind of out of my reach.

Someboady say 69 GTO
Lex dont over look the tempest/le mans for a first car,its not a "real" gto but they have the same body/interior and can be found for a lot less money. could be a good platform for a build with the 400ci motor and could be sold later to fund a better project.Somewhere out on Woordward ave. cruzin!
