    TH 350 swap

Just joined and need info. Pulled out a powerglide and swapped for a TCI TH350, there are 2 - 7/16? or 10mm? bolts under the cooling lines - what are these for?? They weren't on the powerglide and I hate to loosen, remove or anything til I know what I'm doing.
