Rollie from Washington 67 Camaro
I've been dialogging with a few members for a couple months now, but not introduced myself officially. Mostly I'm just trying to figure out how to post pics and have them show up automatically in these threads and am using this thread to practice on.
My brother and I have built up quite a few custom vehicles over the years, but presently I am only actively pursuing a 67 Camaro build, that may become an SS350 clone, with a new engine which I have been currently discussing on a thread in the small block Chevy area.
Here's a link to my engine build thread:
355 build HP and Torque?
This pic is about 6 months old, when I first got the car out of California. Since then I have added 15" Ralley wheels with bigger tires. My goal is to turn a Pony car into a Muscle car.
If the preview on my screen is correct, then it looks like I have discovered at least one way to show a picture. ThanksLast edited by rollie715; 05-29-2012 at 11:59 AM.

Here is my second attempt at referencing a picture. This time I posted the original to Photobucket, and then used the Insert Image option. Looks like that worked also. I like this option better as it doesn't show the big attachment balloon and is similar to how posting works on many other sites. I wonder why my attempts on other threads didn't work before.
This is so strange. The following picture also shows fine here, but when I did the same insert in my engine build thread, it only displayed a link, and not the full picture inside the thread. I wonder if the admins have set up different rules for different areas on the forum?

Welcome Rollie and obliviously have met one or two of the awesome people here that can help you. Any time you get bored with that Camaro, you just box it up and post it down under to me to take care of please.I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

I like the 67 Rollie! Always have appreciated that generation as it looks like a muscle car should. Big block 67/68 would be a dream car for me. the approach your taking is also commendable - I appreciate the manner in which you've opted to interact with the technical minds at CHR.
Welcome and I look forward to your continued posts!

Love that Camaro. Restored one just like it back in the early 80's cept it was red with white stripe.Had the straight six with a powerglide. wife drove it for a couple years then we sold it to her family for her brothers first car,he drove it a couple or three years then it came back to us for my oldest boys first car. He drove it for about a year then traded it for a dropped Mazda pickup. Wish I still had it.
