    Not quite the same thing but I will be transplanting a big block into my 74 FSJ here in the next few months. I took a Jimmy frame and streched it 2.5 inches and threw the body on that. Right now is a 350/350 carborated... 454 is a throttle body. It will fit... Just depends on how much time, though and energy your willing to put into it. In my mind anything pre smog is well worth it. lets see some pics of your rig?
