Thanks for the welcome all . It amazes me sometimes that no matter what problems or situations a man comes across in the processes we encounter there is always someone that has been there and done that and can steer you in the right direction and be glad that they could help . Looking forward to picking your brain . COLD AS CRAP here in knoxville, kinda dreading going to the garage in the morning !!!

Welcome to the site. I'm assuming the car in the avatar is your 54, how about some details.
.I've NEVER seen a car come from the factory that couldn't be improved.....

Hey Mike . I must say first of all this car is not one that I had anything to do with the build. After I sold a 64 pickup that I had built this car was in Pigeon Forge at the Grand Rod Run. Saw it and fell in love with the simple coolness of the way it looked . Took me 2 months to make it mine but got it done. The car was a fresh build with 5400 miles on it since it was finished. The car looks as good underneath as it does on top . Its got alum head 383 stroker motor 350 turbo trans geared 281 , beats the ground and still gets around 18 mpg .Will cruise at whatever speed you want. The best car that I have ever owned , just wish I could say I was the one who done it.
