Hey hey!
Hey everyone. Taking a different turn in automotive projects lately. Building a 72c10. A long ways to go but that's why I'm here
Have a torn apart Longblock and a rolling chassis that needs some work. Besides that, a daily and a wankel. Anyways. I'm sure I'll be doing a lot of reading here.

Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

Should be. Frame is solid, can needs rockers and the steel around top of the windshield. Manual truck. Might try to find a shortbed frame. Motor rounded a cam, bored out .06 over and freshly honed. Looks great just needs cleaned and picked through and mic'd out

I might regret asking, but what is a daily and a Wankel?.
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.

Wankels are cool. I understand the side seals prevented them from being rebuilt by the hobbyist, and emissions requirements caused their demise. Very cool concept, are there many left around?.

A know a few people who have rebuilt them. Just like a regular internal combustion engine it just takes a few tries and research. There's quite a few around still. Fuel economy was a huge deal breaker in the continuation of the rotary. The rpms are nice (mine is set to 9000rpm) make a fair amount of power and the cars are light. Just not a lot of torque.
