    Talking Hi everyone

Hello everyone my name is Brenda i have been reading quite a few of the post in here and figured what the heck i would drop a few lines also. My hubbie and I have a 1956 Ford Pickup that we are trying to sell i have posted some pics. on here if you would like to see it. My hubbie started building this pickup with his dad a few years back...then his dad passed away from cancer and my hubbie decided he was going to finish it and we did. We have taken it to car shows and placed 1st. 2nd. 3rd. and best of show at a couple of shows. We are selling the pickup because we don't have time to take it to shows anymore and all it's doing is sitting around collecting dust...(NOT GOOD). If you would like more info on it please feel free to e-mail me ok and i will be more then happy to reply back to you with what ever you want to know. my e-mail is bchildress@bak.rr.com i hope to hear from all those interested soon.

oh yeah everyone in here sounds like they have a great since of humor keep that going and this group will last a loooooong time.

    Thanks
    Tim and Brenda

Hi Brenda Don't listen to streets. He's not picked on, I am just because every time a cruise in my 37 chevy it rains and I get the blame. Isn't that awful. Like it's me causing the rain.HaHaHaOn the serious side thats a nice looking ford you and your husband have. Whats it got for an engine and rear?
Keep smiling, it only hurts when you think it does!

    Angel,
Do you like living in Glenwood?? I go up there every chance I get, it's such a beautiful town. The hot springs are a bonus too.
If it ain't broke, improve it...

Hey Rod'z - I really enjoy Glenwood...it's an interesting town. I don't go to the hot springs to much, it's too expensive to go all the time. I'm also busy with my sign shop, and my "projects", of coarse. We have our Studebaker up in Rifle at a friends house, so on weekends we go up and tinker on it. Strawberry Days are in June, you should come up for it...there is usually alot going on then.

Rod'z- Strawberry Days is Glenwood's annual summer hoop-lah...there's a parade, concerts, carnival, artisan booths, food, etc. It's fun, but there is a lot of people to come to it, so I usually try to be out of town that weekend!
