lisensing requirements for t bucket in Wisconsin
Hi everyone I just found this site and was looking around and it seems to be a pretty cool place so I registered. And wouldnt you know it I have a question right off the bat. i live in Wisconsin and I am planning to build a t bucket. However after going to the DMV and taking a look at the required equiptment I am having second thoughts. If I am reading them correctly I will need fenders, bumpers, protection for any exhaust system outside the body of the car. Are there any Wisconsin rodders out there that could shed some light on this subject. I am having a hard time believing that these things are actually required. thanks for any help and its good to be here.

Hey streets, Is it true that a blow out could rip the fender off an old fendered car like a T bucket or '32-'34 Ford or model A that still has fenders? You don't know what you've got til it's gone

I am going to start the liscencing process next week. I am going with a hobbiest on my 23 T. I have to get a trooper to take a look at it during the week. I don't have fenders and don't want them either! I guess I the only thing I can do is see how much I can slide passed the cop. I'll let you know how it goes.
A lot can be accompl;ished with smooth talking and cooperation ohh, I forgot about that sir, That will be the next part to go on before I hit the road! NOw just sign those papers PLEASE
Oh Yeah- I am in wisconsin too!Last edited by jaggst; 07-03-2004 at 12:52 PM.

Try going to a local show or cruise and talk to other guys there with out fenders, and see how they did it.The only dumb question is the one you don't ask..
