new guy
hi my name is matt and i am from northeast pa i have been into cars for many years and recently aquired a rod project a 39 chrysler royal i have been into vws for years and recently got rid of my custom oval window bug see link as i have a wife and 4 kids and wanted something we could all fit in to go to cruises ths the chrysler whis is all orig the body is good but the floors and trunk floor need a little tlc not bad though the motor is the flat six with the threespeed i plan on makin a family hotrod but are still in the plannin stage will be on the road by spring will be postin lots probably as it never hurts to ask or get opinions thankshttp://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifie...l.php?id=87861

OH MY GAWD, finally another Chrysler Royal. I've got the Coupe which I've been working on for a couple of years. Check out my photos in the gallery.
In all the years I've never seen another Chrysler Royal at any shows or in any mags. Could be because there were only 4,780 Royal Coupes manufactured in 1939. Can't say what the number was for the sedan.
Glad to have you here, we'll have to keep in touch and compare notes.
