Thanks for the welcome! Now back to searching for that air dam....
If anyone has a suggestion for an air dam for an 03 F-250 Super Duty 4X4, let me know please. Don't want the same old 'Xenon' or 'Street Scene' air dam. Want something more unique.

So are you in AZ or CA? I know some people up there on the AZ side (Ft Mohave), just curious.
I guess you can tell by my signature - I'm also into boating.
Bought a new Nordic 'Heat' 28' powerboat here last summer & spend a lot of time out on the lake. I drive my boat up in your area quite often. It's a beautiful ride through Topock Gorge! One of the nicest spots on the lower Colorado river.
Anyway, nice hearing there's someone in the 'hood'.Waterskiers2

Didn't want to type any more descriptions today (gets very tiring). There's more I've done to the truck & quite a bit to the T-Bird. Another day.... another post!

I didn't know at first what an air dam was, I thought it was some kind of ram air induction ( that's why I suggested dieselstop, thought it was a motor upgrade ) but I googled it and found that site. As you can probably tell, I'm more of an old car/ truck person. You don't know what you've got til it's gone

Yeah, but then you'd get to have those beautiful 'black' faded looking license plates.
Do you have an AZ classic plate? I like those plates. I have a custom plate '007-TBRD' on my 03 T-Bird 007. Haven't ordered one for my truck yet. I've thought of just the name of my boat or similar.

No, not yet. I'm not even done with the A/V sound system. After we (a friend helped) installed four layers of Cascade sound deadening vinyl, it was about all I could do just to put the door panels & seats back in!!
We started the sound deadening project in June when its' still 110 at 3AM and 120 at noon!! I'm not kidding you when I tell you there were several times I thought of calling the Ford dealer & just buying another new truck & starting over!
But that part is done now & the sound system is fantastic. I did all the work except for creating five 'cabinets' to mount the woofers inside the doors and one under the dash (center channel). I paid a guy at one of the auto sound places in town to create those. He said it was the best sounding speakers he'd ever heard (home or car).
I used VMPS Home Theater speakers (626R) for the main speakers. I spoke with the owner of VMPS and I upgraded to the carbon fiber woofers and ribbon mid-range (8ohm components). I then added Raven 1 ribbon tweeters and Dynaudio 4-way cross-overs.
I figure I've got probably two more weeks of work to complete the sound system & get all the cables routed properly, then that's done.
Have lots of other work to complete & have to get the new cowl induction hood & fender flares painted to match the truck. I'm selling all the stock parts from the truck on E-Bay right now. I've sold the grille, headlights, taillights, etc. Still selling wheels, hood, etc.
One day! I also have an '04 Lance truck camper with slide out to mount in the bed and then I'm taking a vacation for a while. Pulling the boat to FL for the winter this year. Leaving soon & will finish the work there.Waterskiers2

Mohave
Don't know of anyone. I uploaded some pics of my truck & a picture of what my new hood will look like after it's painted and a picture of the new grille. The grille was installed last night but it's too dark now to take pictures.
Going out to work on the truck now.
Keep in touch & we'll have to get together one day when I come up there in the boat. Later-Waterskiers2
