Joel, I don't have the formulas I just have the codes for Martin Senour paint. The formulas are on microfilm at the dealers. Here's what I found for the 67 Chevy Marina blue poly #2.
The paint code on your ID tag should be an F.
The Martin Senour codes are:
30Y-3743 for lacquer.
99L-4314 for acrylic enamel.
This obsolete paint wouldn't be available in the newer two stage paint.
Martin Senour paint is sold exclusivly through NAPA auto parts stores in the USA. I don't know if it's available in OZ. Maybe they can cross reference it to their brand. I could probably get the mixing formula from my NAPA dealer that tells how many grams of what color is used but that wouldn't help much if you can't get Martin senour mixing colors.
There are some other guys on here that paint cars for a living. Maybe they can help with Dupont or some other brand. What brands of automotive paints can you get where you are?
Your friend might have to pick a similar shade of blue from a newer car. I sometimes take off the gas filler door or a painted fender bolt and compare it to the paint chips in my books to get a close match. Your local paint store can help you match it with their books.
If all else fails I can have a gallon or two mixed and ship it to you. The acrylic enamel requires a hardener that costs around $60 for a pint. You need one pint of catalyst per gallon of paint.
If you buy anything from the states have it shipped air mail. I sent a steering wheel to a guy in Queensland by parcel post. They said it would take 4 to 6 weeks but it took 10 weeks to get there by boat.
