    painting the aluminum? I have new aluminum drip rails and was wondering if its alright to spray them I'm using ppg base coat/clear coat?

    Yes you can top coat the aluminum with PPG'S BC/CC as long as you prep it and use a compliant sealer it will be alright . I cant think right off hand their aluminum prep # , but if you ask your paint rep he will know and tell you how to go about the process .

    Do you mean it would be alright to use 2k primer on the drip rails then a sealer then base coat clear coat? thanks
