scuff and paint or not
my car is white and faded I've finished chasis ,motor,rear,etc...
i'm sure i am staying white not confident with completely stripping body or can i scuff + paint but still look good . the car has only one half dollar sized surface rust spot that i had osphoed when i got the car not very noticeable any opinions app.... glad to be back online!!!!!!

Generally, if the old paint is not peeling, cracking or blistering, you can paint over it. The "rule" I grew up with is that you never stack more than three paintjobs, but three is not a good idea for dark colors, or show quality work.
