As far as info goes, the body shop you are using should be able to get you anything you want, at jobber prices, have you talked to them? They my even have enough left overs to do the job.
Just a thought...
Throwing a "nice" paint job on any vehicle requires the body work to be up to the quality of the paint. How is the body? Is it straight? The blitz black will be a little bit forgiving on imperfect body work, where as the dark pearl blue had better have some straight panels under it. If you want it to look like a quality job with the glossy paint make sure the body work is quality also.

If your using Blitz Black to cover or hide bad body work It ain't going to do it. Blitz is more satin than flat it will show whats underneath.Charlie

I would have to agree with the other guys here. A dark high gloss color is the absolute worst at showing flaws in the body. If this is your first paint job, go with Blitz Black. It fits your budget better, and will enable you to start gaining some painting experience. In the future, when you have more experience, and make more money, you'll be able to lay down that great paint job!
Here is a thought for the future, concerning using cheap paint;
After you finish a project, you expect it to look great! Five years later.....you will still want it to look great, but if you use cheap paint....you will have to do all of that work.....and pay for all of those materials.....AGAIN!!!
Thank you Roger. .
