    buffing urethane?

     



    is it wise or ok to wet sand and buff single stage urethane paint? if so, how long should i wait to do it after the car is painted?

    I've sanded and buffed the stuff. Turned out nice. I think I didn't let it sit
    long because it's pretty hard. HRP will know. I did minein about a week.

    I have done this with solid colors, but would not attempt it if you used a single stage metallic, unless you shot clear over it. You would probably disturb the metallic, and ruin the finish.

    be careful if it's red. it will go orange on you.
