Basic black sells, unless it's summer time. Then red will be even more in demand! I like the fat white stripes idea. Anyone who likes performance will be attracked to it immediately. If there is no difference in cost, go for whatever color you want to highlight the suspension. I'd keep the purple for one of your own projects, or maybe your ex's Challenger! When ever I've sold a car, the red ones went the fastest. Purple is for the more descerning buyer(they'll pay more, but they are hard to find, and they are looking for a specific car) Red gets the testosterone going in most teenagers, and Black has that sinester look that also appeals to people wanting a fast car.
