As the owner of a MAACO franchise who also uses Sherwin Williams products, that sounds about right, all except the upcharge for the metallic content. Just make sure that you specify which chips, scratches, and dings are being taken care of. I usually go over the car with the customer and a grease pencil in hand and mark exactly what we are fixing and taking care of. As for the urethane paints comment, they are doing a single stage paint job without the clear coat. Personally, if they are not using a full base coat clear coat system (Ultra7000 under the Sherwin Williams paint banner), save the extra $100.
