    Exclamation Door Glass?

Not sure if this is where to ask , but I would like to delete my vent (Wing)windows on my 1940 Chevy Master Deluxe Tudor. Not going to electric windows ,I just want to get rid of the vent windows and mechanisms. Is a Kit nessesary? Being strictly ametuer, tho some what experianced. I need a step by step. Any web sites or experiance concerning this? Anyone?

On many doors, the hinge pocket is in the way of where the glass would have to be, might want to take a look at that first......

Been thinking about that , i think i'll pass and redo them stock w/o the wind vane/air sheild over the vent windows. Power windows do not fit in a early 60's era drag car and i have had cars w mechanical one pc side glass ,They always seemed to lock off center or at best a hard roll up.
