    less filler the better i allways work the steel as good as i could get it with hammers and dollies finsh it with a slap file .were i welded i allways used a ground glass filler like marglass. durglass . there is metal ALUM base filler but they do not work any better if you use them use it all the way to finsh some filler do not stick to them very good like all metal . and the old ppg stuff alum a lead . when you get your glass filler work to a form .i finsh with a good filler the glass filler hold up very good and fillers stick very good to them
