chebbie six
Anybody need a chebbie 235ci 6 cyl with a 3 speed trans out of a '58 chebbie pickup? Friend of mine needed the frame and I'm stuck with the rest, including a nice straight axle and steering column. For sale cheap or trade for whatever. It ran, but does have one broken rocker arm.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Dave, where did you put the bolts in to pull the motor, I'm gonna have to pull out my 235 out of my '51 so I can clean and paint the engine/ tranny and paint the engine compartment, but I don't know what to hook on to.You don't know what you've got til it's gone

Great news, found a home for the old 235!!! I put it on eBay, and a young fella from Minneapolis bought it....he's building a '57 chebbie with a bunch of Fenton performance goodies on the engine, for his wife to drive. The machinist was decking his block and something went wrong, knocked a chunk off the edge of the block.
Always good to see useable old stuff go to a good home......got $50.00 for the thing, about the same as it was worth for scrap weight so both of us were happy!!!~!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
