67-68 Ford Slot Wheels "Shelby Cal" Mustang GT
OK, before posting, I want to get this out in the air.... I am not positive about the application. I had these wheels on another site, and a random user felt the need to email me and tell me that they are probably worth something. He said that these wheels were an available option on '67 and 68' Ford Mustang GT350 and GT500KR and the Shelby California Specials.
Now, I am usure about that information, and it is your job to confirm it or not. Here is what I do know about them:
They are aluminum slot wheels. 14x7 with ford 5 bolt pattern. On the backsides is cast "Shelby Cal". Around the centercap there seem to be holes for screw on caps. However, I do not have the caps. These wheels seem to be in restorable shape. There are no bends.
I only have the pair of them. Since I have no idea of what the value is, and don't want to put them on ebay, I am going to start the price at $300 for the pair. If they are worth more than that, you got a good deal. If they are worth less than that I guess they won't sell and I'll end up eventually lowering the price.
If you find my info to be wrong and have an exact application that is different than the one that was told to me, please let me know. Thanks.

beats me... guy that told me this also said that he worked for a classic mustang and cougar parts supplier and said.......
"When you got your new Shelby, you had a choice of 3 type of wheels... Most got either the 7 spoke spiderweb looking wheel or Torque Thrusts... These wern't as popular, since they looked just like some other wheels on the market."
So I'm still basically in the dark. But If they don't sell, I'll put them on ebay, and I'm sure that somebody will know exactly what they are and bid accordingly, if nobody picks them up here.
