I have a brand new, in the crate, "EMPIRE" natural gas heater. Model # UH-1050. Motor is 120 volt. 24 volt low voltage control system reduces electrical installation cost. 50,000 btu. Will heat apx. 3-4 garage stall. Forced air with balanced aluminum blades. Weight is 110 lbs. Dimensions are- 16-1/8" wide x 27-13/16" high x 27-1/16" deep. Hangs from ceiling. I bought two but only need one.

    Retail- $784
    Sell- $600 + shipping OBO
    Buyer is responsible for shipping.
    Thank you
