Sale or Trade: 8.5" 10 bolt GM rear end w/NEW leaf springs
I'm selling the '72 Nova rear out of my street rod. It's a 3.08 geared open (non-posi) axle. It it 60" wide (hub-to-hub), 53" wide (backing plate-to-backing plate), 42.75" (center-to-center of spring perches).and has NEW 2.5" wide springs made my Pohl Springs of Spokane WA. The springs are 44" long (eye-to-eye) unloaded. The spring hangers (used but cut off carefully so they can be welded on again), bushings, U-bolts and lowering blocks all come with it. It was under my car when I got it and the springs have NEVER been down the road. I'm on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I'd prefer not to ship it, but I will if you arrange and pay for it.
$250 obo or trade for ??? What've you got?
I need:
8.8 posi unit (trac-loc) 31 spine (Explorer, F150)
Drive shaft for this rear end also.
11" rotors for MII setup w/ 5X4.5 bolt pattern (I'll trade my 5 X4.75 ones for these also. NEW)
2" drop spindles for MII IFS
Tools
Wheels and/or tires
Services (machine work, etc.)
Let me know if you got something else. Hell, I might want it!Last edited by SinistrV6; 01-31-2004 at 06:53 PM.
