Hello, have a AC-Delco brand hex style hose clamp ends kit. This is a chrome finish look a cheaper hose clamp end to be honest. The ends are split to use a standard hose clamp the end cover it. The kit contains the following:

4, 11/16" ID ends
2, 1" ends
2, 1 1/16 ends
2, 1 3/4 ends
2, 1 7/8 ends
8, shrink tubes for vacum hoses or wiring
All hose ends has the GM marks on them, again these are not the high end type or brand , but could be a nice cheap touch up.
