    SBF motor plates

I'm selling front and rear motor plates for a small block ford. Had to sell the car before i could use them and they have just been sitting around. $100 shipped for the pair.

Hi, I just got a SBF short block. I'm trying to picture where these would go on the motor. Is one for the automatic? Thanks, 37fordinaford

One bolts onto the front face of the motor and one bolts onto the rear face of the motor. Then the ends of the plates bolt to the frame or frame structure. These are normally used only in racing applications. The vibrations generated would vibrate your teeth out in a street application. That's why we normally mount our motors and transmissions in rubber.
